Returns & Refunds Policy for Chanza

We’re committed to delivering high-quality, protein-packed nutrition with Chanza. However, due to the nature of food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any food items once delivered. This includes all pack sizes of Chanza (200g, 400g, and 1.2kg).

2. Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or tampered with upon arrival.
• You have received a wrong item or quantity.
• The product is expired or nearing expiry (within 30 days of expiry on delivery).
• The inner packaging is unsealed or contaminated upon delivery.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your request and process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days if approved.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order is final and non-refundable unless it meets the above conditions.
